Very long process. I think Everything went smoothly until I had my first interview in the store. The area manager who done the interview was running late, the store manager didn't know anything about the interview and she treated me like an idiot until I proved her that I have an interview and I'm in the right location and time. She was very unprofessional, she was questioning me right front of costumers and trying to tell me I'm in the wrong store!!Eventually the area manager turned up done the interview which went well. He was very nice and I had a call back for another interview with the store manager on another date. And of course again I turned up , the store manager was running late she was very abrupt during the interview she wasn't interested and the whole interview was very awkward and rushed. Of course I didn't get the job. This experience really put me off to ever apply for an Aldi position.
