you start by going to an open event, and if you are choosing to proceed to the next level you meet with 2 different managers from two different stores. In if you are luck then you would meet the district manager for that location.

Interview
They want you to stand in front of a mirror so that they can evaluate you before the interview. Then you are asked a series of questions about what you think the position is by the district manager. Afterwards a store manager takes you around the store and is especially interested in your reaction to being in the freezer.

Interview
Easy application. Waiting to hear back for a possible interview. Excited for the opportunity. Seems like a good place to work with good pay, benefits, and a culture. Seems like room for advancement as well.
