I applied through university. I interviewed at ALDI (Jefferson, GA)
Interview
The entire process was very straight forward. I connected with them on campus, and had a phone interview with the director of operations a week later, then another phone interview a week after that. Then they invited me to the headquarters to shadow a DM and interview with 3 DO's and about two weeks later they offered me the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Springfield, OH) in Jan 2025
Interview
Seamless Process. Had one hireview interview online, then met with an operations manager for a live zoom interview, then met with another manager at the Springfield distribution center. I was not invited back for the next round of interviews, but It was a great learning experience.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Rosenberg, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
Pretty straightforward online interview, it went well other than me having joined the call late due to technical errors (probably why I didn’t get the position). But very professional & kind, no complaints.

I applied through university. I interviewed at ALDI (Gainesville, FL) in Jan 2023
Interview
The first round interview was super conversational and pleasant. Questions included tell me about yourself and describe when you felt like you failed. They were looking for candidates that had a lot of previous leadership experience.
