It was a Group interview, You have to Make sure to stand out from other candidates, Interacting with others is the most important as this is what makes you stand out

Informal interview so if you don't become best friends with the interviewer at the end, you wont get the job however I'm glad I wasn't put through as the interviewer told me that it does not only consist of stock and some customer service, as you'll be basically be doing 4 jobs in rotation most of the time. Yes, not for that pay I wont, thanks for the rejection :)
