Step 1 was a mental math exam, 2 was a personality test, 3 was phone screening, did not make it past that but I believe the next step was a more technical phone interview.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
