Applied on glassdoor, I was asked to take one coding test in a week which is really easy and one phone interview about OS (what is a stack and heap, what is deadlock, and how to prevent or avoid. what is virtual memory and so on, I didn't prepare this part, answered really bad), Algorithm and OOP (notice that they test your C++ knowledge even if you are using Java) knowledge.

Question 1
Not difficult, but need to prepare OS, Algorithm and OOP knowledge fully. The signal of the phone interview was really bad, cannot even hear the developer clearly.

Technical Interview - 30 min questions ask about ML, like time series prediction, a database like how to design database, how to improve database design, and some basic statistics knowledge, any random stuff

Interview
All the interviewers I talked to were disinterested to a point where they were downright rude. With trading being a competitive industry, if they can't even find interviewers with a hint of enthusiasm for their company I'm not sure how they can convince anyone to join them.
OAs are tough, but if you can get most of the tests to pass you'll get a phone screen I think. It might take a long time to schedule, but phone screens have coding (not LC) or just CS fundamentals trivia depending on the team.
