The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
Average interview
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL
Interview
Mental math test, automated video interview, phone interview. The whole process was prompt and convenient, though it felt like I didn't have enough time to answer the non-technical video interview questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Multiplication of two digits and addition/subtraction of decimal numbers, basic probability questions with flipping coins/decks of card and expected values etc
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
