There was a five step interview process starting with mental math and recognizing patterns. After that there was a personality test followed by recorded responses to more math problems. I made it passed these parts but botched the phone interview when they asked more math questions.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
