Got the online test interview, completed the test. No follow up process. The test is on an online test website, be sure to understand some basic algorithms, it'll be really helpful when you deal with the problems since the time is pretty limited.

Question 1
4 questions in coding, 2 hours. Choose your own language (they prefer Python).
The interviewer did not open his video, did not introduce himself, did not ask you to introduce yourself, and did not ask any resume questions.
A super long system design question is pasted onto the code pad the second you open the link and you are asked to start right away. The interviewer was not paying attention and it was like a one person talk show from start to end.

Design a trading system based on some requirements.
They first give a pretty easy hackerrank. Then there is a technical interview through CodePairs. Depending on position the questions can be pretty different. I got two coding questions. First one is really easy and mostly to test that you actually know how to code. Second one has two parts where the second part is more sophisticated and takes some thinking.

I just finished online assessment, not sure whether my application will be proceeded to next round; OA is difficult to me, I think it's more difficult than the OA of the biggest IT companies in China.
