3 stages of interviews. Second was the longest (1 hour.) The feedback given is only numerical - they rate you on a scale from 1-7. I felt my rating was fairly low, despite going through all interview stages. It was very lengthy and limited interview slots available- meaning I had to change meetings or take days off in my current role with fairly short notice.
Questions were mostly behavioural during rounds 1 & 2. Round 3 was heavily on AI, but felt the leadership interviewers were quite disengaging. All other interviewers in other rounds were nice. Very few questions on current experience, or operations/finance.
