Spoke on the phone with the CEO of Bainbridge. The job was listed as a research intern position which I would expect would be for pay. The job was no pay but there would be opportunity to start one's own business. I was not impressed by the interview with the company overall and would not recommend interning here.

The interview was conducted in Chinese and was very quick. Half of the time was spent on questions about my portfolio. The process was easier than I thought. They asked about 5 questions.

Really lovely experience, very chill and not stressful at all. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer questions. Was shown around the office and got to look at work they were doing.

The interview process was pretty relaxed, I hopped on a zoom call with the hiring manager and the project manager and had a 30 min call with them where we got to know each other
