Interviewed in person, 2 on 1. Some interesting questions and a practical design drawing, the practical question is then analysed by a team leader and they then question you on the why’s of your design
Only face to face interview and no written, asked based on your resume. For example, what is the machinsm of ELS? How to determine Grade III rock? What is your Capstone and Final year project?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
