I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Honolulu, HI) in Mar 2011
Interview
After 3 weeks of submitting my resume on their company website, I received a phone call for a phone interview. The phone interview was quick and general requesting to verify most of my information on the resume. After this I had a sit down with the business line manager, project director, and supervisor (potential). This was scheduled during the phone call and for the following week. The interview was general with standard questions on how your past experience relates to job posting, what your weaknesses and strengths are, your knowledge on the company, etc. After the interview, I received an official offer in the form of a letter in the mail. This came within 2 weeks. Once I negotiation was complete, I was able to schedule when to begin my first day.
