Applied online, then had a video call interview on my CV and a few technical questions. Also had to complete some online tests and team working skill tests. It is pretty straightforward and Industry standard application process.

Talked a lot about the sectors they deal with. Asked me what I know about the company. Asked me to explain my design project. Asked a lot of technical questions about it, draw it out, why would this fail, which members are under what loading, the approximate size of members etc. Gave me a structures test to complete in 30 minutes at the end.
