Interview
Start with a brief self-introduction, then followed by some questions about your past experience. Technical questions were asked as a sum-up. Try to be confident even though you do not know the answer.

Question 1
What is the characteristic of a building has good building services?
Only face to face interview and no written, asked based on your resume. For example, what is the machinsm of ELS? How to determine Grade III rock? What is your Capstone and Final year project?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
