The process includes the CV review, and the Face to face interview. The process is in about a 2 month, from received the CV to interview about 3 weeks, the face to face interview results more than a month to get result.

Working experiences in Australia as an international students?
It was nice, it was a 1 hour zoom call where standard HR questions were asked and then a short technical test. Overall it was a nice experience and interviewers were very nice.

Technical test involved a Fire strategy drawing being presented and you had to find what you would change/add.

typical interview questions like why you would be a good fit, etc, asked about hobbies outside of engineering and why AECOM was chosen by me. There were 2 interviews and only me and questions were constantly being asked
