It was a three-person panel interview. They were the hiring manager, my (would be) supervisor and the department head. The interview was pretty smooth and I was relaxed. They focused on knowing how well I would fit for the position I applied for and my background. They felt I would be bored with the task because they felt I was overqualified for the position

It was pretty quick. I was hired immediately. No one else wanted the job for the low pay. Other people interviewed for the position, but no one else wanted it.
