Started with a scenario question to answer over a 20 minute period based on where I might build a bridge to best reduce congestion in a fictional town.
Some general questions related to work experience and academics.
Discussed project work examples that I provided relevant to structural analysis and design.
Finished with a few technical questions, mainly bending moment and shear force diagrams.

Problem solving exercise, communication excericse and personal interview with presentation. The process was overall very relaxed and friendly and at that reduced my stress greatly. It felt that the Interviewers were your colleagues

Interview
The interviewers were friendly and the whole process was quite relaxing. Two hours long including a technical exercise in the first 15 minutes, discussion and at the end, skill testing by drawing bending and shear diagrams and some HR questions.
