I applied online, and after two weeks there was an online assessment invitation which just about how you would react to a situation. After about 4 weeks I was called for an interview. The interview was with the head of the team and with HR. Interview was only to get to know me better as a person. An offer was made after 2 weeks from interview.

The interview starts off as just a conversation to get to know you and then moves to the regular boiler plate questions. The last section is some very easy technical questions.

They drew two simple circuits. One with resistors in parallel and the other with resistors in series. They asked for the total resistance of each.

I submitted the application online and it took about two weeks to process. The HR invited me to the Philadelphia Fantastic Friday Hiring Event. It was a mixer on Thursday that I could network with AECOM staffs and an in-person interview with the team followed by the next day.
