On the spot phone interview. HR was really nice and conversational. Questions mostly revolved around personal motivation. One behavioural and a couple of situational questions. Reviewing and understanding your resume is key as they do refer from there. Also the answers submitted as part of the online process was also referred to.

Describe a time where you displayed good management skills and what was the outcome?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
