Non existent! Had their HR call and ask me to interview, we set a date and time, I was sent an invite and was ready to go. I join the call on the day of the interview and nobody shows up. I email the HR lady who organised the call and the person who is meant to be the Line Manager for the position, asking them if they’re still joining and telling them I will wait 30mins just in case something unforeseen occurred. I received no response. I emailed after the call asking to reschedule because it was clear they couldn’t join. 5 days later I haven’t even received an acknowledgment of my email or an apology for wasting my time. We put a lot of effort into interview prep and to not even be told you are no longer in contention and just be “ghosted” is disappointing. As candidates all we want is honesty. Train your HR better this is not a good look on the company and speaks to even bigger cultural issues within the organisation. Even if I was to offered another interview I would decline because this isn’t the kind of culture I want to join.
