Video Interview (Had to dress professional still). Asked questions about work history, difficult time with a customer and how do you handle those times. Then went over the pay and that the job is hybrid.

Interview
They had me do and an online pre-recorded interview then I had to pass a grammar test. Then it only took a week to hear back and schedule an in person interview.
The interview process at ADP was smooth and well-organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout each step, providing clear communication and guidance. I felt supported and well-prepared for every stage.
