Initial phone call with recruiter to schedule in person interview (completed 2 days later). Told to expect to hear back about next steps by the weekend. Called and emailed the recruiter over the next 2 weeks for status updates, No return calls or emails until 3 weeks later where recruiter indicated she was out sick. Can happen, but wish there was a backfill for her responsibilities so I am not just left hanging. Scheduled 2nd interview (virtual panel) where the interviewers had no idea that I had already completed the first round. They also indicated that I had additional rounds upcoming, which directly contradicted the recruiter. They indicated that I would hear back in the next 3 days. Heard back 4 weeks later that I would not be moving forward via an automatic notification email. Either this recruiter was incredibly lazy, overworked or apathetic. What a gigantic waste of time for all parties involved. If this process was any indication on how ADP runs its projects, I never would have considered this opportunities in the first place.

Lots of behavior questions such as how would you approach certain situations, handle conflict within teams, deal with competing deadlines. Overall good experience and had a great conversation. Interview was with two senior managers.

It was a very weird and frustrating process. I received an automated email asking me to select a day and time for a 15 minute screening call. There were no dates for 2 weeks. The call went okay, with the recruiter telling me that she would set up an interview with the hiring manager. but she just did not respond. Even after repeated follow up emails and calls, there was no response from her. Eventually, almost 1.5 months later, I received an automated rejection email.
