I applied through the school portal. The interview process took 15 days. It was so disrespectful of the recruiter not to return after a follow-up. I suggest that ADP have the policy to inform candidates about their interview status. You are hiring to look for the best. Others take time interviewing with you, but no response?

Got a call from Talent Acquisition for basic phone screening, then got another call the following week to schedule a second phone interview with branch I applied to. Had to schedule original interview online and the second one while on the phone.
