Met with three individuals. First and last were employees and were both polite & professional. No surprise or trick questions. The second, however, I came to learn after the interview was a contractor who I’d be working with in the role. In addition to appropriate technical questions, the interviewer asked several inappropriate questions related to family and relationships. Wish ADP had supervised this contractors’ interview.
