I had an initial interview and resume review with a screener, then sat down and spoke with the hiring manager, finally I took an on-line assesment and never received word back.

HR reached out and set up an interview with two leaders within a week. A prompt rejection was received. It wasn't a good fit for either of us and it wouldn't have worked out.

Started with general discussion on the current profile & role followed with technical questions on the finance related topics. The questions were difficult and aimed to test the candidate thoroughly

About current role in the organization and why do you want to change
Ghosted and then finally received an automated rejection after 6 rounds of interviews. I expected to receive somewhat of a more personalized rejection rather than an automated rejection a month later.
