Love coding coins task, basic Java interview questions
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Pune) in Jul 2013
Interview
1st round was technical followed by Managerial round but after the Managerial round i was told that i am over qualified for the job and the work may get monotonous with time, so they asked whether i would like to attend another interview for another product development project. as i said yes there was a panel waiting. interview was quite extensive and every answer was followed by a WHY-HOW-WHEN U HAVE USED but panel was very friendly and helpful. There expectation was extensive in-depth knowledge of Basic JAVA concepts.
After clearing this interview i was told that there will be two more rounds and will happen some other day, next round was again a technical round with the a Senior technical manager who again was very friendly and helpful, he was ready with a problem statement and laptop and actually told me to write the code i wrote was half correct and he helped in correcting the logic, then next question was to implement a D-QUEUE which again i was not able to implement correctly. he was again testing my basic knowledge about boxing un-boxing and other java concepts. and after clearing this interview there is another Onsite interview which is yet to be scheduled. also there is one VOICE TEST in which you have to speak 30 sentences in ENGLISH its an automated process in which they check your accent and Mother tongue influence.

one of the worst interview which i took in my whole life.They will call for f2f but t hey conduct written test on hanker rank questions. Literally they ruin ur day.
