Interview
Had Initial interview with the recruiter. I them met with the manager. He was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. Next step was the field ride then I met with the VP. A few days later they called me with an offer.

What would you do to get the most out of your day in the field?
The interview process was pretty straightforward and similar to a typical interview. It included basic questions about my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations, along with some discussion about the role and expectations.

Very easy and good. Recruiter was quick and not intimidating at all to go through the process from managers to the VP. All in all process itself was comparable to any other entry level job
