Interview
ADP is a fantastic company in that it qualifies you not only based on your tangible skills but your intangible as well. The fit you to the best position that will keep you engaged and productive.
During the interview press some of the employees were on their phones or computers. One lady acted like she was bothered to even be there before the interview had begun.
3 step interview process. First a call with the recruiter then a call with the VP. And then a role-play with a panel of managers. Mangers will give you feedback at the end and then will have you shadow a sales executive for 15-20 minutes

What are qualities you look for in a good manager?
It was on a zoom call and was difficult! The lady interviewing me was awesome though, she actually ended up giving me some good advice before I moved on to the next round. It ended up not working out, because I moved, but everyone was great. Be ready to answer their questions!!
