The interview process was designed to include two online interviews.
The first interview was one of the worst I’ve had. Throughout the conversation, he rarely made eye contact and didn’t seem interested in getting to know me as a candidate. He only asked two questions: why I left my previous positions and what I could bring to the company. His focus on the negative aspects of my job history and insistence on detailed explanations made me feel very uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I did not leave with a positive impression of the company.
