Phone screening, and then 45 min phone interview, starting with general behavioral questions and including deep-dive questions into a previous project involving Excel, and any related experience in finance / private equity.

The interview process with 57 Stars was overall a positive experience. Interviewers were all very kind and professional, and appeared to be genuinely interested in learning more about my background and interests. However, the process was slow, and while it was nice to meet so many people at the firm, the interviews became very repetitive.
