Interview
The process involved an initial phone screen by the recruiter followed by a phone screen by the hiring manager and a colleague that lasted about 35 minutes. At this time I was invited in for a full day of interviews. The full day of interviews took place in a conference room off the lobby, which was fine except it did not offer any opportunity to see much of the facility or get a feel for the working environment.

Question 1
Questions were fairly typical - mixture of background and "tell me about a time when" questions. Particularly interested in certain types of skills "rate your skills on x from a scale of 1 to 10." There was very little time at the end for questions for the interviewers so it is important to prioritize what questions to ask of them.

Seamless, thought producing questions but through a down-to-earth scope. I strongly encourage applicants to watch YouTube videos first in order to have a insight on what capability of the business they are wanting to become part of.
