Involves a tour, a group interview, and a interview with your managers. You get a chance to talk to other peers one and ask them questions about the job and they see how well you would fit into the culture there

Very pleasant interview process, they were very helpful and kind. Helped me with travel accommodations to visit their location and it was a great time visiting the plant. There was a panel interview that was a little intimidating but not terrible.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first one was with the hiring manager over the phone. The second one was an informational one with 2 manufacturing engineers, and the last one was a panel interview. Everyone I met were friendly, and I was able to learn a lot about the company and the position.
