I had a phone interview with 3M Turkey HR and then f2f interview with a group of 4 at the same time. 3 ladies and 1 gentleman. Ladies were extremely rude! Following 2 months of this interview I shoot 3 emails to HR if there is any update. No answer. I learned from my friends that 3M is not going with me as one of the ladies at the interview thinks I am 'not normal' from a sexual preference perspective. This is obviously a discrimination! I wrote 3Ms head office and the local HR came back to me and of course she refused. In a nutshell, 3M is a huge disappointment for me. I cannot see my self to work in such an environment.
