Interview
Very laid-back, was more of a conversation than an interview. The recruiters just wanted me to walk them through my resume, highlighting things here and there and emphasizing why I was a good candidate.
The interviewers introduced themselves, followed by my self introduction. Following which, I shared what I know about the company and what they offer, as well as my area of interest. They then shared the job description and relevant details.

What do you know about 3M and the program we are offering?
it was a 30 minutes interview. Introducing myself and academic qualification to the interviewers. Discussion on projects I had done and any difficulties faced in the process as well as solutions. Why 3M? Opportunity to ask interviewer other questions.

Interview
A very human and respectful interview. I appreciated the interest in the person beyond the skills and the clarity in explaining job duties, benefits and overall details for the internship.
