Terrible interview experience. The interviewer looked completely disengaged and clearly had no idea what he was doing. Turns out he’s only been there for about five months. Instead of asking real accounting questions, he jumped into random “how would you solve XYZ” scenarios that had nothing to do with the actual role. It honestly felt like they were asking for free consultation because they have no idea how to structure their accounting process. The interviewer didn’t seem to understand basic accounting concepts, and the whole thing came across as sloppy, disorganized, and unprofessional. If you actually know your stuff, don’t waste your time here. This company clearly doesn’t have its hiring process or internal structure figured out.
