I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 15000 Cubits (Katy, TX) in Apr 2023
Interview
I had an overall great and smooth interviewing process with 15000 Cubits. Leah Faul and Mallory Myers were extremely welcoming and gave such great support and guidance throughout the whole process. I went through two virtual interviews through Google Meet, the first one with Leah, the founder, and the second one with Mallory. These two ladies were both very passionate about the company's goal which is to help women strive in this industry and grow as an individual and for their business. They both kept it extremely professional, very understanding, organized with relevant questions, diligent, good listeners, and were not intimidating which really helped me be my authentic self during the whole interview. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the two interviews I was given, which makes me look forward to working with this wonderful team this summer. I have no bad things to say at all about this company, they were all very genuine with one goal, which is to help people grow!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me questions that help them get a better understanding of who I am as a person and what my personality was like. What is my biggest strength and weakness. If I failed at something, how would I handle it. What is my desired hourly rate. How would I take/handle constructive criticism, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at 15000 Cubits (Katy, TX) in Jun 2020
Interview
I had a great interview experience with 15000 Cubits. My interview process was a bit lengthier because I was still with another company and wanted to ensure it was the right fit for me and the company. I talked to the owner, Leah and another team member when first interviewing. After interviewing with both of them, I met with the whole team. I really loved getting to do this because it gave me a peek into the culture and the type of people I might be working with. This also gave the team the opportunity to ask me questions and get to know me better. It did not feel uncomfortable. The team was very welcoming, however, serious about ensuring I was the right fit. You could tell the culture and team were pretty unmatched. I worked in staffing at the time and this was not something I had seen before.

Question 1
What was my biggest accomplishment? Greatest failure? And how did I respond to each?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at 15000 Cubits in Jan 2021
Interview
The first interview with the founder, Leah, was great. The follow-up with her "protege" (her words), Mallory, was canceled 6 minutes before it was scheduled to begin, after stating that my experience was not enough for the position. Upon reviewing the files showcasing my experience that I sent to Mallory, I realized she hadn't even looked at them (trackable links - should be 101 for a digital marketing agency, right?) The most unprofessional, disorganized, and downright disrespectful interview process I've witnessed.
When scheduling the second interview via calendly link (which was broken the first time they sent), I read the absurdly long interview instructions in which they state "Please don't book this if you are not serious about this role and moving forward with this opportunity." Maybe they should take their own advice instead of wasting candidate's time. I spent hours gathering the information they asked all candidates to submit for the final interview. The information they didn't even look at.
