Here is the interview process:
- 30 Minutes phone call with the CTO
- 50 Minutes "Machine learning and AI Test" on Future Skill platform
- 30 Minutes video call with the CEO
- Case Assignment
Here is MY interview process:
- The phone call with the CTO was too unprofessional, he was at an airport and there was constant noise, I almost screamed the whole interview and repeated my self countless times.
- The 50 Minutes skill test had 30 questions, for most the questions you had to code or run the given algorithm in your had, which was too time consuming.
The rest of the questions needed detailed knowledge in not so common ML sub-domains. I did correctly all the questions I saw (22/30).
Also, I got the test on Saturday 11PM and requested to do it on "the weekend".
- Video call with the CEO was fun, relaxed and open.
- I got a case assignment stating that I had done too poorly on the test (then why did I met with the CEO?) I got the assignment on a Wednesday and requested to be done by Thursday. The case assignment was just a pdf with no resources and you're requested to build a basic model for their main job.
- I finally got a reject 8 days after my submission to the assignment, saying I did great but they hired someone else because they have more experience.
Overall, great set of people with a good vision in place but a horrible interview process that does not value the interviewee's time.
