The selection process began with an aptitude test, which assessed our logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and verbal ability. It was well-structured and manageable within the given time limit. After clearing the aptitude round, I proceeded to the group discussion. The topic was relevant and current, and the panel seemed more interested in our communication skills, clarity of thought, and how effectively we could engage in a team conversation rather than just the content.
Following the group discussion, I was invited for the technical interview. This round focused on my core subjects, programming knowledge, and problem-solving abilities and explain my approach to certain scenarios, and also answer some conceptual questions. The interviewer was very approachable and created a comfortable environment, which helped ease any nervousness I had.
Finally, I had the HR round. It was a friendly conversation where they asked about my background, interests, career goals, and expectations from the company. Overall, the entire process was fairly easy, and the interviewers throughout were warm, supportive, and made the experience smooth and positive.
