What is the hiring process like at project44?

Recruitment process was very smooth and well-organized. Interviews were professional and respectful. The onboarding experience was excellent—lots of support during the first days and months. The company atmosphere is full of respect, kindness, and joy. Frequent team events, celebrations, and town halls foster collaboration and teamwork.

Some processes can feel chaotic at times. The contract signing process is too long—waiting for a new contract for a month is not ideal and should be improved.

My experience with the hiring process was extremely positive. It was very smooth and well-organized, largely due to the recruiter’s guidance and involvement from start to finish. I especially appreciated the all-day, in-office SDR Day, which gave me a real look into the company’s work culture, team dynamics, and office environment. Everyone I met, from the recruiter to the hiring managers, was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience and made me feel confident and excited about joining the company.

I haven’t encountered any cons so far.

The interview process was very pleasant. The recruiter kept me informed at every step and was always available to answer my questions. I had interviews with people from various departments, which provided a well-rounded view of the company. During the interviews, I was presented with a few scenarios and asked to explain how I would handle them. This approach helped me demonstrate my problem-solving skills and gave me insight into the types of challenges I might face in the role.

I wish I didn't have to go to the Chicago office for an in-person interview, even though it was a valuable experience. It gave me a good idea of the office environment and the people I would be working with, which was actually quite beneficial.

The interview process was smooth and everyone who interviewed me were patient, approachable and has a good idea about the company which helped me gain new insights about the company & the job.

Including a brief description of each interview round in the invitation would help candidates understand what to expect during the process. It provides transparency and ensures that candidates are well-prepared for each stage.

The organisation invests a lot in making people’s life better, whilst he reign the toughest problems to solve. I take pride in being part of a fast-paced and supportive environment that not only offers a comprehensive platform but also facilitates personal growth. From the hiring process onwards, my experiences with the Talent Acquisition team have been exceptional. The entire interview experience was less than 3 weeks total, from first phone screen to offer extended. It was also the most seamless interview experience I've ever been through. The p44 recruiter I worked with was more than responsive - he would contact me before I reached out with additional questions, which makes the candidate feel valued and wanted! The hiring team also did an excellent job of introducing me to many faces, especially senior leadership who I now work with on a daily basis. By welcoming me to the office in-person, I got a true sense of the day-to-day, commute, culture, etc., which might seem like little things, but they go a long way after the pandemic when many companies are only hiring virtually. This will ensure the hiring team is fully engrained with the role AND, if offered the role, the candidate understands the importance of those specific people in their day-to-day job.
