      Good pay overshadowed by toxic leadership and mismanagement

      Pros

      Good pay and on time that's it. WFO is fun but they have given WFH to incompetent HR leaders who don't respect WFO employees.

      Cons

      Toxic HR leadership. The Accounting person is managing total rewards and compensation is a big joke. They have elevated Legal person as chief people officer and no one is holding any accountability for business and just ticking the daily boxes. Indian Leaders spends money on Parties, Outings and that's it. They are minting the money and moving on.

      - Leadership seems directionless - Engineering is an afterthought - Leadership decisions are opaque and not communicated well - Lot of people who made this place amazing have left or are leaving - Irrational hiring and firing practise

      Pros

      project44 gives employees room to take ownership, try new ideas, and work in an environment that values innovation. The company is forward-thinking, especially around technology and AI, and there are strong opportunities for people who are resourceful and self-motivated.

      Cons

      The fast-moving environment can sometimes come with limited structure, inconsistent processes, and less formal enablement than some employees may expect. Success often requires being comfortable figuring things out independently.
