Shift turn around of 2 days 2 nights in a row sleep pattern is affected every week post rostered shifts. No clear route to promotion or on how to work up the pay scale per role. Team Leads have no interest in pursuing a increase and say they have very little knowledge on how to work towards a increase guidance is kept secret. Senior Tech position is given without the pay associated. Breaks can be cut short due to process timing. Work load can be unreasonable at times although not frequently overloaded.

Advice to Management

Be more open and forward on how to progress in the role and have salary reflect experience and position. Pay reviews annually aren't guaranteed. Stop handing out job promotions/roles not willing to pay for as a incentive for a possible future promotion. Have a true competitive wage! The wage in comparison to other company's withing the county is bottom of the barrel and this was upsold as competitive in the interview process.
