Does Stryker have a pension plan?

Pros

Good money, health insurance, pension and nice hours depending on the shift.

Cons

All Stryker cares about is numbers. Get your numbers , work until your exhausted and then they jump up the numbers again. Very hard to maintain the output they expect when you do manage it they want more. I know a lot of people with neck injuries, shoulder/elbow problems and back issues it can be very hard on your body sitting there doing the same movements day in day out

Good money, health insurance, pension and nice hours depending on the shift.

Does Stryker offer sponsored degrees?

Pros

In so many ways this is the best company I've ever worked for. Compensation and benefits are great, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching and annual discretionary bonus, opportunity for advancement, schedules are flexible and hybrid office model, people are positive, personal development is a priority for management, stock options, inclusive and rich culture, true meaning to your work... I could go on and on. It truly is a great place to work. So many people I work with feel the way I do - it's not just a job. There's value and purpose to what we do.

Cons

Working at Stryker will spoil you on working for anyone else.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing!

Does Stryker assist with or provide work transportation?

Pros

-Great company to put on a resume to open up future doors -Work with very driven co-workers who you know are all working very hard, no slackers

Cons

I truly do not understand how this company keeps getting awards on how great it is to work here. First, the culture is incredibly cutthroat and nonsupportive to any situation. It's almost like no one in HQ/brand/management truly wants to help out so it creates that kill or be killed environment from the very beginning... but almost painfully so. I mean there was once a meeting about how to not be screwed over by your stryker counterparts during cross-divisional deals. I mean that should tell you something. You don't get a company car or really any expenses paid all while territories keep being cut. I feel like they keep banking on reps staying around for the sake of having the Stryker name on their resume. Don't get me started on the lack of diversity and boys club environment. There is so much more to add, but essentially one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.
