Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the new offices and the events we run. We understand your concerns around the annual bonus and the shift from full remote working to a hybrid model. Softcat was only fully remote during the Covid period, and our current hybrid approach is designed to offer the best of both worlds - the collaboration, learning and team connection that comes from being in the office, alongside the flexibility and focus time that home working provides.
