Does Macy's offer parental leave?

They once had good benefits, good discounts and weekly pay was great but now they're starting to rescind the employee discounts for the prepaid card and force employees to apply for the credit card in order to receive employee discounts

Literally never had a weekend off!! Too much pressure from upper management to sign customers up for Macy's credit card, Managers play favorites with certain people, some are racist while others hire their own relatives

Good work/life balance Company is agile and makes changes when things aren't working People are generally warm, more approachable than average Retailer Good maternity policy

No job security- layoffs happen every year- every other year. Trajectory of company doesn't look great.

Experienced good opportunities for growth during my tenure there; team was enjoyable to work with; pay was competitive and benefits (e.g. PTO, paid parental leave, summer Fridays) were good at executive level; work was challenging but rewarding

Slow moving and overly bureaucratic at times; organization has gone through several restructures including layoffs over the past few years, so growth opportunities have been reduced; company is struggling to find balance between ecommerce sales and store footprint

Good benefits and coworkers and manger feel like family. Opportunity for advancement

If you're on the wrong team, it can get toxic. Got promoted to a new department and instantly felt the negative shift. So unfortunate, I loved the company before.
