Bad management. Treat you like a number. Not giving enough hours but constantly hiring more people at the same time. Expecting one person to do two or more people's job all the time -- worse during rush hour/weekend. No proper training. One manager will tell you to do a task in one way and the next day another manager will accuse you of not doing the same thing the other way. Hardly any career opportunities. Favoritism.
