How do employees feel about H&M's policy around taking breaks?

Great culture, nice team, cool shop

No bonus, no raise, short break.

ethically not my favourite, the training was not very extensive, most things you learn from experience

awful management, don't consider mental health. awful with sick days even if you are genuinely ill. management shouted in my face on multiple occasions
