Good benefits and pay can be good depending on role

Management suffers from high turnover.

no hierarchy, no training, old technologies, bad communications, they expects you to fill multiple roles at the same time : BA, architect, developer etc... I do NOT reccomend

Asides the salary, I'll say the work culture is really good and there is job security as well
