No cloud, antiquated systems. No data. Pure bureaucracy . Top down leadership do as I say. Not challenging work. Don’t leave a big 4 to come here you’ll be BORED. Value facetime over output of work as you have sever capability issues where you get a job based on how much you’re liked over whether you’re qualified for the job.
