Pros
The pay is decent -in exchange for long hours.
Cons
1. The manager is terrible to work with and doesn’t know what he’s doing, he will take all your credit and put all blame on you for any setbacks.
2. You’ll be doing the work of 4-5 people alone because they’re short-staffed.
3. They say they’re flexible and offer a good work life balance but that’s a lie.
4. Everyone is a micromanager here and will pester you about every little thing, including restroom trips.
5. They don’t like when you use your PTO
